Air India CEO-designate Tewolde Gebremariam visits Delhi, Mumbai; meets senior airline executives

Tewolde Gebremariam met senior Air India executives during his first visit to India. He will assume the CEO and MD roles next month from Campbell Wilson. Gebremariam brings extensive aviation experience from his time at Ethiopian Airlines. Air India is currently pursuing ambitious expansion plans amid challenges. Tata Group acquired the airline in January 2022.
