NEWMARKET, Ontario, Aug. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX: BOS) (OTCQX:ABSSF) (the 'Company” or 'AirBoss”) today announced that, at the request of the Company, KPMG LLP ('KPMG') has resigned as auditor of the Company effective August 18, 2026. The Board of Directors has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ('PwC') as auditor of the Company, effective August 18, 2026, to fill the resulting vacancy and to hold office until the close of the Company's next annual meeting of shareholders.
