Caddick to build Newcastle self storage facility

Caddick Construction has been named principal contractor for the design and build of the new Big Yellow Self Storage facility in Newcastle, the second in the city.
The new facility will comprise 60,000 net sq ft internal storage space across four floors, customer loading bays, staff welfare, office and reception areas.
