CBRE agrees $1bn Onnec acquisition

CBRE has agreed to acquire London-based data centre specialist Onnec for $1bn, paying an initial £460m ($610m) in cash, plus a multi-year earnout of up to £300m ($400m).
Onnec designed infrastructure for this data centre campus in Offenbach, Germany.
