Delhi traffic adviory for Independance Day rehersals: Delhi Traffic Police will impose restrictions on August 13 for the Independence Day rehearsal. Key roads near Red Fort will close from 4 am to 10 am. Goods vehicles and interstate buses face restrictions from midnight on August 12. Commuters should use alternative routes for north-south and east-west movement. Normal bus services are expected to resume after 11 am.
