ICICI Prudential AMC's board approved acquiring ICICI Securities' PMS business. This acquisition will broaden the company's existing portfolio management offerings. The PMS business caters to high net worth individuals with customized investment solutions. Assets under management stood at ₹2,910 crore as of March 31, 2026. The transaction is expected to be completed within a year after approvals.
