IFC invests Rs 225 cr in NDR Smart Spaces to develop 20 million sq ft logistics platform

The International Finance Corporation has invested Rs 225 crore in NDR Smart Spaces. This investment will support the development of 20 million sq ft of warehousing infrastructure. The project focuses on tier 2 and tier 3 cities across India. NDR Smart Spaces will also develop cold storage facilities to address supply chain gaps. This initiative is expected to create approximately 24,000 direct jobs.
