India to get 11 new flying schools to tackle India's 30000+ pilot shortage

Airports Authority of India awarded eleven new flying training slots with an aim to boost domestic pilot training capacity. The expansion will help meet the projected demand for over thirty thousand pilots. New facilities will add hundreds of training aircraft and simulators.
