摩根大通宣布计划从2027年开始将沙特阿拉伯和菲律宾纳入其新兴市场债务指数。沙特里亚尔计价的伊斯兰债券和菲律宾比索计价的政府债券将在十个月内逐步纳入。该指数预计将最大国家权重限额从10%调整为9%。沙特的权重将达到2.71%，而菲律宾的权重为1.64%。
