NHAI identifies 54 projects worth Rs 1.8 lakh cr to be awarded in 2026-27

The National Highways Authority of India will award 54 projects in 2026-27. These projects will span 2,442 kilometers and cost ₹1,80,017 crore. This is a reduction from the 124 projects planned for 2025-26. Uttar Pradesh leads with seven projects, followed by other states. Several states including Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra will receive six projects each.
