RBI's FCNR, forex schemes draw $40.81 billion in inflows so far

Significant capital inflows have been recorded, thanks to the proactive measures taken by India's central bank. The Reserve Bank of India facilitated a total of $40.81 billion in foreign exchange influx, of which $36.7 billion derived from Foreign Currency Non-Resident deposits. Support also came through swap facilities for External Commercial Borrowings and Overseas Foreign Currency Borrowings, showcasing the sound financial strategies in place.
