SC asks JioStar to approach Delhi HC in TRAI tariff framework dispute

The Supreme Court directed JioStar India Pvt Ltd to approach the Delhi High Court. JioStar challenged parts of TRAI's regulatory framework on television channel pricing. The broadcaster argued regulations and tariff orders were interconnected and linked. The court disposed of JioStar's transfer petition filed earlier. JioStar will now move the high court with its pending plea.
