연방준비제도(Fed) 의장 케빈 워시(Kevin Warsh)는 수요일 연방공개시장위원회(FOMC)가 기준금리를 25bp 인상하여 3.75%~4.00%로 조정한 후 '우리는 완화 조치를 제거했다'고 말했다. 이번 인상은 3년여 만에 처음 있는 일이다.
