Efficient Momentum Pullback Framework

Thesis

The strategy assumes that the most profitable trends are those where the rate of change is high relative to price volatility (Efficiency). By using a multi-timeframe dashboard to confirm the structural trend, we filter for high-probability regimes. Within these regimes, the Stochastic oscillator identifies temporary pullbacks, allowing for entries with better risk/reward than raw breakout strategies. The use of dual volatility-based trailing stops (TopTrend and Chandelier) ensures the position is held as long as momentum efficiency remains intact, but exited quickly when volatility increases or the trend structure breaks.
