Ehlers SAK Elliott-HS Mean Reversion

Family: hybrid · Regime: trending · Complexity: high · Asset classes: FX, Equities (Intraday), Crypto (High Liquidity) · Timeframes: M15, H1

Thesis

The hypothesis is that market corrections (Elliott Waves 2/4/C) are fractal in nature and reach exhaustion when a specific frequency cycle (measured by SAK) aligns with a price-structure reversal pattern (H&S). By entering at this convergence and targeting the intraday Volume-Weighted Average Price (VWAP), we exploit the tendency for price to return to 'fair value' once a corrective cycle terminates.
