Thesis

Trends are most tradeable when price 'mass' (Matrix Trace) is expanding and micro-momentum (MACD 1.5) aligns with macro-equilibrium (Ichimoku). By using RMSE as a volatility proxy, we can dynamically scale risk to enter when the price action is 'clean' (low error) and exit as momentum exhausts (ADX rollover), capturing the meat of the trend while filtering noise.

• Matrix Trace Utility (regime) — Acts as a 'Price Mass' regime filter; when the trace of the diagonal (rolling sum of prices) is above its own average, the market is in an expansive/inflationary regime.

• Ichimoku Kinko Hyo (entry) — Serves as the primary trend-equilibrium entry trigger via the Tenkan-Kijun (TK) cross.
• ADX / Connectable [Azullian] (exit) — Monitors trend strength; exits are triggered when the ADX peaks and begins to roll over, signaling exhaustion.
• Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) (risk) — Provides a volatility-adjusted basis for the stop loss; wider stops for high-error (noisy) environments.
• Scalping BTC/USD - EMA & RSI (confirmation) — Ensures momentum alignment; price must be on the correct side of the EMA and RSI must not be overextended.

• Prolonged periods of RMSE exceeding 2% of asset price (extreme noise/volatility).
