Thesis

The hypothesis is that momentum reversals (MACD turns) are only tradeable when institutional volume (VA) confirms the move and the market is in a state of 'active explosion' (WAE) as opposed to noise. By entering only on 'discounted' MACD crosses within a DEMA/McGinley confirmed trend, the strategy seeks to enter trends right after a brief counter-trend pause.
