Institutional momentum is most reliably captured when 'Power' (percentage of dominant bars) aligns with 'Structure' (Order Blocks). By entering only when price retraces to PiPi Fibonacci levels within a strong regime, we exploit the tendency of markets to mean-revert locally while maintaining a primary trend. The TMA CG acts as a guardrail against overextension, while Bears Power detects the micro-shifts in selling pressure that precede trend exhaustion.
