Zero-Lag Squeeze Expansion System

Family: breakout · Regime: trending · Complexity: high · Asset classes: Forex, Equities, Indices · Timeframes: M15, H1

Thesis

Market prices transition between periods of low volatility (squeeze) and high volatility (expansion). By using a zero-lag triple EMA to identify the direction of the expansion and entering on a Fibonacci retracement within that expansion, one can capture the 'second leg' of a breakout with high-probability confirmation from the bar-count ratio (ADR). Use of volume nodes for risk ensures stops are placed where market participation was historically low, providing structural protection.
