Structural Volatility Breakout Composite

Family: breakout · Regime: trending · Complexity: high · Asset classes: FX, Equities (Indices) · Timeframes: H1, M15

Thesis

This strategy exploits the 'Volatility Contraction to Expansion' cycle. It assumes that a true market direction is established when price breaks out of a dynamic box (Boxline) and a structural level (Flip Flop) simultaneously during peak liquidity (TOD filter), confirmed by trend-following momentum (SuperTrend/MACD). The edge relies on the assumption that momentum established during high-volume sessions has sufficient inertia to outrun a trailing stop based on smoothed volatility (ATR-HA Chandelier).
