Structural Momentum RMSE Adaptation

Family: trend_following · Regime: trending · Complexity: high · Asset classes: FX (specifically EUR/NZD or AUD/NZD), Penny Stocks, Crypto pairs priced near 2.0 units · Timeframes: H1, H4

Thesis

Market trends are initiated by institutional displacement (visible as SMC Breaks of Structure) but are only sustainable when backed by broader momentum (MACD). By using RMSE to scale risk, we can distinguish between structural breakouts occurring in 'clean' trends versus 'noisy' environments, exiting when price reaches volatility-defined exhaustion (Bollinger Bands).
